By Thomas S. Kembay

Former President Koroma and some senior members of the All People’s Congress (APC) will, according to report, soon embark on what they refer to as a ground-breaking unity tour.
According to report, the erstwhile President who is also the National Chairman and Leader of the party is determined to once again restore peace, love and unity within the party ahead of 2023 presidential polls which is why he has decided to champion the said tour of both the country and the diaspora.

The tour, according to the report, is to demonstrate the National Chairman and Leader’s acceptance of the party’s defeat in the March 2018 presidential run-off election and to lay to rest the blame games in order to foster unity for a victorious 2023.

The tour, report further states, will also look at individual and group contributions on the way forward.

It could be recalled that former President Koroma made a public apology to members of APC for contributing to the party’s defeat in the March 2018 presidential run-off election. He also held a unity meeting with the National Reformation Movement (NRM) of the party.
