Kamarainba In Court Today

The Chairman and Leader of the Alliance Democratic Party (ADP), Mr. Mohamed Kamarainba Mansaray, will today make his first appearance before Magistrate Santigie Bangura of the Freetown Magistrate Court No. 1 to testify in a matter he brought to the court against his bodyguard, Mohamed Bangura.

The accused is before the court on two courts charge of incitement contrary to law.

According to the particulars of offence, the accused on Wednesday May 2nd and Friday May 4th 2018, at No. 7 Tucker Driver, Marjay Town, Goderich, Freetown, incited Edward Abass Fofanah through phone number 078-982947 to steal from Mohamed Kamarainba Mansaray’s residence.

At his first appearance, the accused was denied bail by the presiding Magistrate because of the serious nature of the offence.

Inspector I.G. Fofanah is prosecuting while lawyer Lamin J. Kamara is defending.
