Induction Training Ends At SLPA


Five (5) newly employed staff of the Sierra Leone Ports Authority (SLPA) have ended a three-day induction training at the authority’s training school in which the new Operations and Monitoring Manager, Foday M. Koroma called for support from stakeholders.

According to the Human Resource Manager of SLPA, Alhassan Tejan Jalloh, the exercise is a tradition at the Ports for all newly recruited staff to undergo training on the overview of the operations and service of the Ports in their various areas of responsibilities.

The new head of Media and Customer Relations, Mamud Bakarr Kamara as a beneficiary to the exercise referred to the training as in eye-opener in the operations of the port.

Operations and Monitoring Manager who also benefitted from the three-day induction training called for the support of Ports stakeholders in the operational process at the Quay. He assured stakeholders of his utmost commitment and support at all times.
