As Blue Line Construction Company Steps In… 40 Free School Buses In Town

 

A Sierra Leonean company based in the United States of America (USA) Blue Line Construction Company has, as part of its corporate social responsibility brought in forty (40) buses to be used by primary school pupils across the country.

According to the company, the buses will commence operations on Friday, 21st June, 2019, adding that it is free transportation to and from schools for all primary school pupils in uniform.

Ten of the buses, according to the donors, will run in Freetown – five for the Western Area plying between Lumley and Wallace Johnson Street and five for the east of the city plying between Waterloo and Sackville Street.

The remaining 30 buses, according to the company will be evenly distributed in the provincial headquarter city.
