Former aspirant for parliamentary symbol in Constituency 126, Mr. Hassan Manso Kargbo has called on Sierra Leoneans to come out and vote for the ruling All People’s Congress (APC) for continuity as, according to him, the new administration will take Sierra Leone to the next desired level.

Speaking to The Exclusive recently, the philanthropist said that Dr. Samura Mathew Wilson Kamara’s knowledge and vision backed with the youthfulness of the dynamic vice presidential candidate, Hon. Chernor Ramadan Maju Bah aka Chericoco, the country is on the verge to reach greatness. He furthered that    Samura Kamara’s vision to expand the economy through inclusion of youths, women and the disabled speaks volume, as according to him, the winning team is yearning to diversify the economy by bringing to the fore the relevance of shifting the country’s focus from its traditional import-driven economy to a new trajectory of value addition which involves innovative engagement of the human resource in transforming the valuable economic resources of the country and also placing premium on agriculture with a paradigm shift from traditional economic engagement to modern technology-driven agriculture.

Mr. Manso also disclosed that he spent nearly five hundred million Leones in helping women and youths in Constituency 126 when he was vying for the parliamentary symbol under  the ruling APC. However, he said that spending a whooping sum is an investment for the APC as, according to him, he believes in the APC and therefore respects the decision of the leadership. He pledged to continue working and supporting the party with all diligence. “I was born APC and I would die APC, as I believe in its ideology and vision that is deeply rooted as a grassroots party,” he averred. He added that he believes that Samura Kamara and Chericoco are the best leaders that would surpass all the great achievements that the country enjoyed under the leadership of President Dr. Ernest Bai Koroma. He also lauded President Koroma for what he considered as major achievement in many areas including but not limited to electricity, health, infrastructure, good road network and also making tremendous efforts in the Sustainable Development Goals.

He called on Sierra Leoneans to be steadfast and stay together in believing in the APC party as, according to him, it is the only party that has delivered on its promises particularly in the area of infrastructural development which, he said, the people are now enjoying.

For these and more, he therefore called on the people of Sierra Leone to solidly vote APC come, 7th March, 2018.
