ACC Indicts 5 *Make Their 1st Appearance In Court Today

 

Five more charges and two more persons have reportedly been added to the alleged corruption in the 2017 Hajj programme.

According to confirmed report, the two are the erstwhile Minister of Mines and Mineral Resources, Alhaji Minkailu Mansaray, the second highest party official in the main opposition All People’s Congress (APC) who was head of the 2017 Hajj Committee, and a man called Fakeh, who was an aide to former President Ernest Bai Koroma.

The two will reportedly join former Vice President Victor Bockarie Foh and two others to be arraigned before the High Court today, Wednesday 22nd August, 2018.

Meanwhile, the injunction has been served on all five. The allegations range from misappropriation of public funds to conspiracy.
